- 2% transaction fee applies, this covers E&O, personal training & support, professional showing appointment center, technology.

Referral Program Participation.
To work with more clients & really grow your business, participate in our referral program. Receive as many or as few referrals as they like, partly determined by territorial choice. We provide personal training on turning referrals into clients & closings. We provide at no cost a client management system that is powerfully simple. When a client inquires about a home you are notified within a scant few minutes. 30% referral fees apply only at closing & help you quickly move to higher commission splits.
No start up or monthly costs! Business landed off referred clients is your's at 100%. Example: Get a listing & bring the buyer, the 30% fee is only taken on the list side. If it's an investor, only the first transaction is subject. All following transactions are your's at 100%.
