MLS, why do I need to choose one? It will help you search!

You can find any type of home or property in SW Ohio here. Just visit our search listings page, and on the right, choose residential, farms, foreclosures, acres, multi family, commercial or retail. For acres, simply increase the minimum, for new construction simple set the minimum year. Below are the counties that each MLS covers.

MLS simply stands for Multiple Listing Service. This is where licensed professional agents list properties for sale and is the most reliable sources of active homes for sale. Most real estate sites offer no choice, and territories covered by different MLS's often overlap and a city usually defaults to only one MLS. This causes some homes to go unseen in your search, and we want you to succeed in finding the perfect home. Below are the counties that each MLS covers, notice the overlap? Cincy MLS Counties: Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Brown, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Logan, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, Union, Warren.

Dayton MLS Counties: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Warren.

Wrist MLS Counties: Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Logan, Madison, Miami, Shelby, Union.

Bookmarked listings are listings that you want to save and view later. To Bookmark a Listing click the star icon near each listing result or the Bookmark Listing button found on each listing's details page.

Saved Searches

If you find yourself searching for the same types of properties all the time, you needn't fill out the search form each time--create a saved search for one click access to search results. To Save a Search Click the 'Save this Search!' link found at the top of any listings results page. You can save multiple searches!
